TLC by name; TLC by nature!
I grew up with dogs, cats and rabbits; I missed them so much whilst being away during my 22 years in the British Army. I was lucky enough to be able to volunteer at local dog rescue centres. My intention was always to be a full time dog trainer once I left the army.
I successfully gained my qualifications in dog training and care with the Institute of Modern Dog Training - see my certificates. In 2018, my wife and I moved to Spain where I gained a lot of valuable experience whilst volunteering in a local dog rescue centre. I predominantly carried out dog training with new adopters and supported them with their new family member.

We returned to the UK and I worked in the Royal British Legion then the NHS during Covid 19 as part of the Op Courage team (Veterans Mental Health High Intensity Service). I missed working with dogs, therefore returned to dog training and exercise as soon as Covid restrictions allowed.
